Mediterranean Trout with Tuna, Sardine, and Salmon Pate Appetizers- Fresh, Healthy and Light Recipe
This meal is very light, healthy and delicious. The mediterranean salad that both fills the trout and is great on the side as well is so fresh and delicious. The trout was very light and cooking it low and slow on the grill really made it so light and there was not a big fishy taste to it. Remember that sardine pate we had in our last dining review??
