Herb Encrusted Prime Rib with Belgian Endive and Bernaise Sauce- At Home Recipe
Brian did it again! He made another amazing meal! He made this meal on his birthday, which is a little backwards, since Stephanie should have made a special meal, but it definitely would not have come out as delicious as this (Stephanie wrote this so she can say that). Brian breaks out the rotisserie again to make this delicious prime rib. Slow cooked for a few hours, the meat came out tender and delicious with all the herbs on the outside. He served the meat with charred Belgian Endive and a homemade béarnaise sauce. The whole meal came together perfectly. Make sure to wish Brian a very Happy Birthday in the comments! #PrimeRib #Bernaisesauce #mealforacrowd Ingredients used- prime rib, black pepper, salt, thyme, garlic powder, oregano, coriander, sage, fennel seeds, onion powder, sallot, white wine vinegar, anise, butter, egg yolk, water, potato, olive oil, mushrooms, white onion, endive Be sure to follow us on Instagram- https://www.instagram.com/nobseateries/
