We haven't even been back from our Portugal trip for week now and are going through withdrawals of their food. Seriously, it was delicious and we loved every bite of everything! Brian ordered a caldo verde from one of our last hotels and it was just not up to par, so Brian did what Brian does best, he re-created it for us at home.
