French Onion Soup- At Home Recipe- Delicious, Classic Soup with a Few Twists!

Stephanie asked Brian to make French onion soup in our New Years' Eve dining review at The Vineyard. Some of our subscribers joined in and asked that he do it as well. Well, Brian came through, in a big way! He took a classic French onion soup and added some different types of onions to make it even more delicious! This recipe did take 2 days to make due to putting the broth in the fridge overnight to get the fat off the top, but can be done in one day if you would like to skim the fat off and not wait. Give it a try and let us know how it turns out! #frenchonionsoup #onionmedly #athomecooking Ingredients Used- water, salt, black pepper, beef ribs, sherry, yellow onions, fennel, shallots, leeks, white wine vinegar, garlic, butter, sourdough bread, parmesan cheese, gruyere cheese, bay leaf Be sure to follow us on Instagram-
