Cook at Home- Berbere Ribs- Crocktober Collab- Delicious, Tender, Juicy Ribs

As part of a Crocktober Collaboration with Cooking with Neighbors Jerri-Ellen, Brian made some amazingly delicious ribs in the crockpot. These were seriously so good. He was inspired by Ethiopian spices and made an Ethiopian berbere ketchup (AKA the BBQ sauce). The sauce was sweet with a hint of spiciness. It was seriously some of the most tender and juicy ribs we have ever had. This recipe uses a lot of spices, but don't let that intimidate you. It's pretty simple! #crocktober #berbereribs #berbereketchup Be sure to follow us on Instagram-
