Lamb and Chicken Kati Rolls- At Home Cooking- Street Food from Kolkata with Homemade Paratha Bread
This week, Brian makes one of the most popular street foods from Kolkata, Kati Rolls. He makes both a lamb and a chicken version. Then, because he is an over-achiever, he makes homemade paratha bread, which is very similar to a tortilla. This was a spicy, but flavorful dinner, and very filling.
