Adache Group Architects, the premier South Florida based architectural firm specializing in hospitality, multifamily, mixed-use construction, is pleased to announce that it has been selected as the Architect by Indianapolis-based MHG Hotels to design the Hollywood Courtyard by Marriott. The hotel will be located at 1926-1934 Tyler Street in downtown Hollywood FL. The redevelopment site is near Young Circle and Hollywood Boulevard.
According to the press release, the 13-Story mid-rise hotel will be ideally situated in the epicenter of the city’s acclaimed downtown and will encompass approximately 137,000-square-feet of area and will include 112 Guestrooms. Amenities include a Swimming Pool, Bistro & Bar, Starbucks Coffee, Breakfast Dining, Meeting Rooms, Business Center, and 24/7 Fitness Center. Guestrooms feature in-room flat screen TVs, microwaves and refrigerators, and complimentary Wi-Fi connectivity.

Construction is scheduled December 2022. Completion is scheduled for early 2024. Preliminary Drawings have recently been submitted to the City of Hollywood TAC (Technical Advisory Committee) and Groundbreaking is anticipated in late 2022.
