You might have been with someone for a while and though the two of you like and care about each other, you might have one issue. You might have an issue that your partner leaves toothpaste in the bottom of the sink when he or she brushes his or her teeth. So, what do you do if your partner leaves toothpaste in the bottom of the sink? How do you approach this situation? Though the answers to these questions might be different for everyone, here are a few suggestions.

1. Discuss the issue with your partner.

Let your partner know how you feel about this issue and listen to how he or she feels about it. Try to work together to find a solution to the issue that both of you can agree on.

2. Leave reminders.

Leave a note by the sink that everyone that uses the bathroom needs to rinse the sink out. This might help your partner remember to rinse out his or her toothpaste, eliminating the issue.

3. Set the example.

Do your best to rinse your toothpaste out of the sink when you brush your teeth. Setting this example might help your partner remember to do this as well.

If you and you partner have been together for a while and you have an issue with him or her leaving toothpaste in the sink when he or she brushes his or her teeth, talk to him or her about it. Leave a reminder if you deem it necessary, and do your best to set the example by rinsing the sink out after you brush your teeth.
