A Different Side of You

As you grow older you might notice that your priorities change, and the people around you might notice this too. Due to this, there may be a time where your close friends get upset with you due to them feeling that you are no longer spending the same amount of time with them. However, though this issue may be one that both you and your friends wish could be fixed, people do change, and sometimes that means that their surroundings and the people around them do too.

It can be difficult to realize that you have changed as a person. You may feel sad or like you are letting your friends down, because your priorities might be geared towards your partner or starting a family instead of going out. Though your priorities may be important to you, your friends may not understand, and even when you explain the importance of your responsibilities, they may still get mad.

This may mean that your relationship with your friends changes. You may fade apart due to having dissimilar goals and going through different stages of life at contrasting times, and though this may make you feel like you are losing some of the closest people to you in your life, that may not be the case.

When going through a life change like this, you might begin to realize that you are a different person than you used to be. You might acquire new friends and you may even desire for new activities to take up your time. We all change throughout our lives, and though some people may be very important to us at different stages of our lives, others may be important later.
