There is an endless amount of real estate options out there, in a variety of different locations. And with this amount of choice, where should you begin?

So if you are thinking about relocating your company to a new US office then you might find that Texas could be an ideal location for your company. Humid, warm and very large; Texas can be a great location for almost any company.

There's Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, Fort Worth and Austin, which are great locations for commercial property in the Texas area.

But let's go into a little more detail and cover some more of the specific advantages of leasing Texas office space. So read on and look through some of the key benefits.

1. The capital of Texas has a population that is ever-growing and the economy is going from strength to strength. The capital of Texas, Austin, has a population that upon the most recent statistics may be close to 800,000, so you will therefore never be short of customers or even employees. The city of Austin was also named the 2nd Best Big City in "Best Places to Live" by Money magazine in 2006 and according to the magazine Travel it ranks as the number one on a list of prominent cities with the most friendly people.

2. There is loads of Texas office space of unparalleled quality. Multi-purpose floor space, affordable leasing feeds and stylish interiors make Texas one of the premium locations for office space in America. Perhaps this explains why Texas is the location of the headquarters of 3 of the Fortune 500 companies - Freescale Semiconductor, Forestar Group and Whole Foods Market.

3. The weather in Texas is great. This is because it has a sub-tropical climate which means that Texans experience hotter summers and milder winters. This makes it extremely ideal for employees that would prefer to avoid the cold on their way to work. This type of climate is also great for your employees, as Texas has a climate that is ideal for all the family. It will also give your workers the possibility of being able to install a luxury pool that can be used all year round.

4. If you are a technology based or defence company then Texas could be great for your company due to recent increases in the number of Texas University graduates. As a result, Texas is known as major center for high-tech and boasts a large number of big technology companies such as Apple, AMD and Google. With a lot of successful companies in the area, the state is therefore ideal for creating networking opportunities. For example, my friends company took a Dallas Office and it really opened up a lot of opportunities for the company.

5. Texas also has a great culture, such as music and art. There is a motto for the state capital of Texas, Austin, which is "The Live Music Capital of the World", this one phrase reflect how musically vibrant the city is. The city also has a booming night life, especially on 6th street and the city's South by Southwest annual music and film festival attracts an endless amount of tourists every year. All of these tourists could be potential customers for your company.

These points tell me that even though Texas might not be the most high profile state in the United States, such as New York, but it might just be one of the best for professional real estate.
