Atlanta Police Homicide Investigators make arrest in the November 30 homicide at 1015 Oakland Drive.
Atlanta Police Fugitive Unit Investigators located and arrested suspect Bobby Crawford at a location on Ponce De Leon Avenue, NE on Tuesday, December 7, according to Atlanta PD reports.
Atlanta Police Department Investigators were able to identify a suspect in the homicide case and warrants were obtained for 43-year-old Bobby Crawford on the charge of (1) Murder and (2) Aggravated Assault.
Reports from Atlanta PD indicate that patrol officers responded to to a report of a person injured at 1015 Oakland Drive in Southwest Atlanta on November 30, 2021, at approximately 9:15 AM. Once on scene, officers located an adult male victim, later identified as 60-year-old Timothy Walker, deceased at the location.
The Atlanta Police Homicide Unit was notified, then responded and began their investigation. During their preliminary investigation, it was determined that Walker got into an argument with a roommate Crawford. That argument escalated into a physical fight and Walker was killed.
The APD Crime Scene Investigative Unit was also dispatched to gather and document evidence for further processing in the continuing investigation.

All suspects should be presumed innocent until proven guilty by a court of law.
