[Video] Walking in the rain in Balboa Island

We had about 90 dry days this summer, but a wet day in Balboa Island was not bad at all. The precipitation kept telling 100% then 90% for a week before the rainy day. Right at noon that day it just told us 68%. The wind started howling around the island. This clip was one of the rain series we recorded on the same day.
