As the name suggests, at Mutts Canine Cantina, pups and peep are treated alike. They are an off leash dog park where you can play with your dog. They have a 'Yappy hour' too and you can purchase a membership if you like to visit the place often. You can also get your pup's name engraved on a brick on the Love my Mutts Lane if you donate to their fundraising before March 31st.

The restaurant offers a patio dining area for the families with pooches with special dinner menu for the four legged guests including hamburger patty, chicken breasts, veggies and brown rice. They ask you to keep dogs on leash and near the owner. Their human menu is pretty diverse with such a huge variety from soups, bowls, sandwiches to meat and meatless and also gluten sensitive menu and if you decide to buy food for a different day, look into their retro- style frozen trays that you can simply pop into the oven and eat fresh!

An ultimate place for dogs to hangout at Austin Ranch! They offer one- acre, off leash dog park with zones for both large and small breeds including benches and play structures. There is a place for kids to play too. You can pick from their 6 differently themed rooms and enjoy your dining. It makes for an overall fun evening!

5. Katy Trail Ice House:

As the name suggests, Katy Trail Ice House is located in uptown Dallas on the Katy Trail. they offer Austin style beer garden and restaurant. Katy's beer garden is the best patio in Dallas with open seating communal beer garden. A fifty foot long bar boasts 50 beers on tap. The wide selection of food on their menu includes burgers, taco, sandwiches and more!
