This one of the best architectural beauties in DFW metroplex, the buildings are modern, and the pool outside makes for a stunning spot! You can hand around the place in the day or maybe catch a show if you're into it.

7. Mandalay Canal Walk: Address: 215 Mandalay Canal, Irving, TX 75039

Another European experience in DFW metroplex, this place has a total Venice feel. It is a paved waterfront trail that sits in the middle of business buildings. It has a very old style architectural charm and the canal with a bridge across makes it a perfect spot for date night, photography or a family outing. It offers gondola rides just like Venice and they have different packages to choose from. You can choose to have dinner on the ride.
