I saw this banana cake recipe from Youtube and gave it my own twist. It is as easy as it can get. All you need is to cream coconut oil with coconut sugar. And then add in the egg. Beat it well. Now prepare the dry ingredients by sifting oat flour, cinnamon, baking powder, and baking soda. Add the dried nuts to the mixture as well. Add this mixture little by little into the wet ingredient mix, and then fold in well. Add mashed bananas into the mix.
