International yoga day is coming up

For me fitness is life, and yoga has been an integral part of it. It helps me loosen up stiffed neck, relax my body and improve my breathwork. Many people have dismissed yoga as a poor form of work out because it does not help the body sweat, but for me yoga is a work-in. Try it for a few days, is what I tell my friends, and then once it becomes a habit, it stays on with you. I do yoga exercises in the morning. Yoga is not just a form of exercise , it is a way of life for me, a union of mind and body in its truest sense. If you were to pick a form of workout, give yoga a try. It will transform your body slowly and steadily.

What benefits do I get ? A relaxed body, where I can feel my internal organs relaxed too. Through yoga my breathing has improved which resulted in mental clarity and enhanced energy levels. Yoga is happening in various studios these days, and if you don't like to attend a class, try an online class. Yoga with Adriene classes on youtube are quite popular and my favorite too.
