Immunity foods that you should eat this pandemic

So, the other day I was going through a grocery store to do my weekly groceries and headed to the fruits section. I picked up gooseberry, oranges, and lemons. These are so vital in today’s covid times. Since the gooseberry is very bitter, here is a quick juice that I made, inspired by a recipe that I saw on the internet. I took 2 gooseberries, lime, rock salt, 1 tbsp honey, water, and some mint leaves. I blended them all in and served them in a glass. Well, it is quite bitter so a little quantity (shot glass style) will suffice too. Gooseberry is an excellent source of vitamin C, and I have it every day to improve my immunity. Fight covid with this excellent food. Try it yourself.
