(Parker, Colo.) Parker residents and commuters can expect minor delays from integrating a new internet service in the coming months. The new internet provider, DirectLink Broadband Internet, will begin offering service in Parker this Spring. Residents can expect to see construction in their neighborhoods and public rights-of-way.
Construction crews and contractors associated with DirectLink Broadband Internet have already started working along some of Parker's main roadways installing fiber intranet infrastructure.
The first phase of construction is not expected to impact residents' property. Authorized contractors will work within the public areas of the Canterberry, Idyllwidle, and Hidden River subdivisions.
DirectLink and its contractors are required to repair any damage that may occur to roadways, sidewalks, and landscaping.
Any damage or issues that occur and are noticed by residents can be reported to the contractor by calling 303-529-1111.
