Four overnight incidents in Chicago prompt police investigation

The victim emerged from the encounter without sustaining any injuries, as confirmed by law enforcement authorities.
Approximately 15 minutes later, three individuals emerged from a white SUV and, according to authorities, forcibly seized a 31-year-old man's cellphone and wallet at gunpoint. The victim, as confirmed by the police, did not sustain any injuries during the incident. This occurrence took place while the victim was walking along the sidewalk in the 1700 block of West Hubbard Street in the West Town neighborhood.
Subsequently, at approximately 11:20 p.m., four men disembarked from a white SUV and, under the threat of firearms, took cellphones and wallets from a 56-year-old man and a 60-year-old woman. This incident transpired in Lincoln Park, precisely in the 600 block of West Armitage Avenue. Police have affirmed that both victims emerged unharmed from the encounter.
Later, at 11:40 p.m., four men exited a white SUV and, employing firearms, confiscated a 27-year-old woman's purse. This incident occurred while she was walking along the sidewalk in the 1400 block of North Halsted Street in the River North neighborhood. Law enforcement has reported that the woman did not sustain any injuries during this incident.
The first-hand accounts of victims reveal that they were confronted by armed individuals who demanded valuables, raising fears about the safety of residents in the area. The incidents occurred swiftly, with the suspects making their escape before authorities could apprehend them.
