Hello everyone! I'm back with my favorite eats on Oahu, Hawaii! If you aren't aware by now, I've been sharing "Must Eats on Oahu, Hawaii," but now I'm going to share with you the places I really love and my favorite places to eat! These restaurants are places I go on repeat. I wrote about Part 1 here if you missed it.
For Affordable Meal:
ME’S BBQ: I discovered Me's BBQ on my first solo trip to Oahu, and it has been a must-eat place every time since! The place is a hole in the wall, but it's worth visiting! Hawaiian/Korean-style meals come in large portions and are very affordable.
For Happy Hour and Pizza:
Harbor Pub & Pizza: This bar is located next to the Prince Waikiki Hotel, facing the Ala Wai Boat Harbor. It's not something you'd expect me to go to, but I love their pizza and their prices are unbeatable!
For Japanese BBQ:
Han Ho Daidokoro: Now this place is a bit on the pricey side, but if you have the chance to check it out, do it! A pre-fix course set with high-quality meats. Excellent value and experience!
For Cocktails and Live Music:
Workplay: Locals and tourists alike love this place. Come for the cocktails and stay for the live music! A great place to hang out with friends!
For Pho:
Pig & the Lady: They have one of the best pho I've ever had! I've only ordered takeout here, and I've ordered their pho. Pho 75 and Oxtail pho were both very flavorful and served in good portions!
For Appetizers and Ramen:
Lucky Belly: This place is a hidden gem located in Chinatown. If you go, you MUST ORDER their oxtail dumplings! My mouth waters every time I think of them!
For Acai Bowls:
Tropical Tribe: My favorite place to get acai bowls! Just under $10 for a great portion! If you check in on their location on Yelp, you can get a 10% discount!
For Coffee and WiFi:
My favorite place to work remotely was the Honolulu Coffee Experience! The place is very spacious, and they have many outlets, so you don't have to worry about your laptop dying. The staff is always very friendly, and the coffee is incredible. You also experience the coffee being roasted right in front of you at this location - it's a must if you just want coffee and/or somewhere to work!
I hope you enjoy these places! Like and Follow for a Part 3!
Xoxo,
Nancy
