Papi Queso – Grilled cheese sandwiches aren’t cliché here!

Papi Queso has perfected the Grilled Cheese sandwich!! I will admit I was very skeptical because anybody can make a grilled cheese but it's definitely worth a try. Everything about this sandwich is both elevated and cozy at the same time. I tried the Mac and Cheese Sandwich, and it was heavenly. The bread is toasted to perfection, and the cheese was oozy and warm in the center. The menu offers a bunch of different grilled cheeses with fillings like mushroom, pork, etc. We also got the one with mushroom and it was amazingly delicious. Plus you can just get Mac and Cheese or tomato soup if you'd like. They even have bar areas and the vibe is very relaxed. The staff at Papi Queso were friendly and patient while I decided which sandwich I wanted and answered all my questions. Parking can somewhat be an issue during peak times, but there is plenty, you just may have to walk a little bit.
