Welcoming a Nigerian Dwarf Goat Buck!!! Quarantining New Goats In Your Herd Is IMPORTANT!

#goatfarming #nigeriandwarfgoats #biosecurity I know guys I definitely didn't NEED another goat, but I kinda needed another goat! We're bringing home another nigerian dwarf goat from a very well known breeder! We love our new addition but we're also going to talk about the importance of quarantining your goats when they first come to join your herd and how best to introduce your new herd member! We love raising our ADGA registered dairy goats and we want to share that love with all of you! Come along as we bring Lunar Howl the Nigerian Dwarf Goat Buck to the farm!

A family of homesteaders in East Central Indiana. We want to break free of the Big Box Grocery Stores. We are striving to grow our own food on our little slice of paradise that started out as a retired corn field! We raise Nigerian Dwarf Goats, Muscovy Ducks, meat and egg laying chickens, and turkeys! We love beekeeping for the benefits they provide us and neighboring gardens as pollinators and honey is just a sweet bonus! We garden in zone 5b in both raised garden beds and in ground gardens! Follow us on our journey and become apart of our Farmily!
