Rosie The Mini Goat Is Finally Old Enough To Be A Momma! 🐐❀️🐐 Raising Nigerian Dwarf Goats

#breedingnigeriandwarfgoats #breedingminigoats #nigeriandwarfgoats Last year Rosie wanted to partake in breeding season. But she was too small even for a Nigerian Dwarf Goat. It was dangerous for her to carry kids to term at her size. But this year, Rosie the Nigerian Dwarf Goat, is big enough and old enough to breed! We’re hoping that her date night goes well and that she’ll be welcoming her own kids in the spring! I’m so excited for little Rosie babies! How about you?

A family of homesteaders in East Central Indiana. We want to break free of the Big Box Grocery Stores. We are striving to grow our own food on our little slice of paradise that started out as a retired corn field! We raise Nigerian Dwarf Goats, Muscovy Ducks, meat and egg laying chickens, and turkeys! We love beekeeping for the benefits they provide us and neighboring gardens as pollinators and honey is just a sweet bonus! We garden in zone 5b in both raised garden beds and in ground gardens! Follow us on our journey and become apart of our Farmily!
