KATO RESTAURANT has the minimalist & simple look to their dishes but still, they look fab!

For me, food is the absolute source of joy & entertainment. And trying out new food is always GREAT. LA is full of such restaurants that will make you fall in love with them. KATO RESTAURANT is one of them, but it is way more EXPENSIVE than any other restaurant.

I went with my friends on Saturday night. Parking was an actual issue there because it is located in a small building & it is hard to find the spot to park.

As we got there, we were greeted very well. We ordered YOU YU GENG, NOODLES & PINEAPPLE BUNS. Also, the sparkling water. You, Yu Geng, was a fish paste soup, and it went well with the pineapple buns. I liked them more this way. The noodles were OKAY because I tried a better version of them at so many other places.

The presentation of the food was awesome, but very little of it was served on the plates. The quantity was extremely less as compared to the pricing. Also, the added tax was too much.
