My friend from ITALY was visiting me & he took me to ROSSOBLU. The place was well known for the ITALIAN FOOD 🫕 & I never tried Italian before, so I was excited about that.
He already made the reservation because it is a popular restaurant in LA, and it is sometimes difficult to get the table.
I wanted to have a full fancy dinner. So, we started with the appetizer and got WINTER VEGETABLE SALAD. It was great & my expectations got too HIGH for the main course.
We ordered FOUNTAIN OF NEPTUNE, which was the most different cocktail I ever tried. I would give it a 9/10. Then, we had MARINATED BIG EYE TUNA, GRILLED OYSTERS & TORTELLONI. The staff was also very sweet & professional. They served us very well. The tuna was so well cooked & the flavor itself was strong, but that is the specialty of Italian food. Grilled oysters were an amazing side dish.
The most different of them was TORTELLONI, which is some sort of PASTA that is stuffed. I liked it. There were so many other pasta options. I am going to try them next time.
