I made these CHICKEN BUNS ๐Ÿฅฏ last Saturday and everyone loved them ๐Ÿคค ๐Ÿ˜‹!!!

Try making these. You will forget any buns ๐Ÿฅฏ that you had from the BAKERY.

The first step is to make the dough, and it is very simple to make. You just need to take care of few things. First, in lukewarm water, mix sugar & then add yeast in it. Let it rise for 10 minutes. Till then, mix 2 cups of flour with powdered milk & a pinch of salt ๐Ÿง‚. Now, add yeast in it and one small egg. Mix them well, or put them in the dough maker. Add milk ๐Ÿฅ› ๐Ÿฅ› gradually until a smooth dough is formed.

Let the dough sit until it doubles its size.

To make the chicken ๐Ÿ— ๐Ÿ” ๐Ÿ– stuffing, boil the chicken and chop it very well. In a pan, add oil and chopped onions ๐Ÿง…. Saute it for a while, and then add flour to it. Cook for a while, then adds chicken and one cup of milk ๐Ÿฅ›.

Cook until the milk ๐Ÿฅ› dries out and a paste-type mixture is obtained.

Now, make small balls ๐Ÿฅฏ off the dough while incorporating chicken mixture in it.

Brush with the egg & sprinkle sesame seedsโ€”Bake in the oven for 25 minutes at 175 degrees Celsius.
