I make the following two sandwiches in my lunch, and they taste very good & are best for your health.
🥪 Egg Mayo Sandwich
Boil the eggs and then chop them finely; you can also crush them.
Add low-fat mayonnaise, mustard, salt 🧂 & black pepper to it.
Also, add chopped capsicum 🫑to it.
Mix well to form a thick paste.
Take the toasted brown bread 🍞 🥖 🥯 , put a leaf of cabbage 🥬 and then apply the prepared mixture on it.
Serve it in the morning or even at lunch.
🥪 Mashed Potato Sandwich
Boil the potatoes 🥔 🥔 & mash them & add fat-free cream to them. Combine them well to make them creamy.
Add salt 🧂 & black pepper to it too.
Apply this mixture on the toasted mashed bread 🥖 🍞 🥯
Then, add the grated carrot 🥕 🥕 to it.
Put the cucumber 🥒 slices on it, or you can also use avocado slices. Both of them give a great taste.
The sandwich 🥪 may seem dry, so that you can add mayonnaise accordingly.
