Try these two healthy sandwiches ๐Ÿฅช to ensure the safety of your health!!!

I make the following two sandwiches in my lunch, and they taste very good & are best for your health.

๐Ÿฅช Egg Mayo Sandwich

Boil the eggs and then chop them finely; you can also crush them.

Add low-fat mayonnaise, mustard, salt ๐Ÿง‚ & black pepper to it.

Also, add chopped capsicum ๐Ÿซ‘to it.

Mix well to form a thick paste.

Take the toasted brown bread ๐Ÿž ๐Ÿฅ– ๐Ÿฅฏ , put a leaf of cabbage ๐Ÿฅฌ and then apply the prepared mixture on it.

Serve it in the morning or even at lunch.

๐Ÿฅช Mashed Potato Sandwich

Boil the potatoes ๐Ÿฅ” ๐Ÿฅ” & mash them & add fat-free cream to them. Combine them well to make them creamy.

Add salt ๐Ÿง‚ & black pepper to it too.

Apply this mixture on the toasted mashed bread ๐Ÿฅ– ๐Ÿž ๐Ÿฅฏ

Then, add the grated carrot ๐Ÿฅ• ๐Ÿฅ• to it.

Put the cucumber ๐Ÿฅ’ slices on it, or you can also use avocado slices. Both of them give a great taste.

The sandwich ๐Ÿฅช may seem dry, so that you can add mayonnaise accordingly.
