SPINACH PASTA is my all-time favorite dish for dinner!!!

Dinner ๐Ÿฅ˜ ๐Ÿฒ ๐Ÿฝ is my favorite part of everyday food because there is no stress while eating it, unlike breakfast & lunch where you just have to hurry. I love adding vegetables to my simple meals. Always take your dinner at 7-8 pm, not later than that. It is healthy this way.

Here is the recipe:

Boil the pasta ๐Ÿ according to the pack instructions, but keep it 80% cooked.

Now, heat the pan, put in some oil, saute the finely chopped onions ๐Ÿง… in it.

Then, add 1 tbsp of white flour, cook until it loses its rawness.

Add ยฝ cup milk ๐Ÿฅ› to it. When it thickens, add heavy cream and parmesan cheese ๐Ÿง€ to it.

Add salt, black pepper, mixed herbs, and red chili flakes ๐Ÿซ•.

Cook for a while, then adds baby spinach leaves and the pasta.

Cook until the spinach ๐Ÿฅฌ becomes wilted.

Serve with a piece of baguette ๐Ÿฅ– ๐Ÿž.
