Here is the recipe for a Tuna Salad which sifted my routine towards a healthier lifestyle!

I eat junk at such an extreme level that it is now obvious with my body weight. So, now I try to eat healthily, and I have learned so many healthy recipes. For example, this tuna salad recipe is so easy and yummy that it will improve your lifestyle. Nowadays, it is necessary to take care of your health. Leaving junk food is not easy, but trying out some new healthy recipes would make you develop taste towards the healthier side. So, try this out.

-For the preparation of dressing, mix olive oil, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and some chili flakes if you want it spicy.

-Add diced lettuce, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, few mint leaves, tuna(canned), and mix.

-Mix the dressing with all the vegetables and tuna until well combined.

You can have this at lunch at your office or anywhere. I always have this in lunch at my office. After trying this out, you will like salads and homemade food better than eating from outside.
