Irish Soda Bread Traditional and Chocolate Chip

Happy St. Patrick's Day! Today we are making traditional Irish soda bread and a chocolate chip one. Recipe : Traditional: 4 cups of all-purpose flour 3/4 tsp of kosher salt 1/2 tsp of baking soda 1 1/2 cups of buttermilk Bake on 45 for 15 minutes and then lower the temperature to 400 for 25 minutes Chocolate Chip 3 1/2 cups of flour 1 tsp of baking soda 1 1/2 tsp of salt 3 tbsp of butter 1 1/2 cups of buttermilk 1 egg beaten 1 1/2 cups of chocolate chips Bake at 375 for 45 minutes.
