Opinion: Withholding Praise or Approval Is No Way to Treat Your Partner
Make your relationship last by being respectful. I’ve had plenty of relationships (I’m not sure if that is good or bad) and made plenty of mistakes. But something I learned early on is that withholding praise, enthusiasm, or acknowledgment is never good. Doing this is inconsiderate and demonstrates a lack of respect for your partner.
