Celebrate Easter with a day full of family-friendly activities on Saturday, April 1st! Start your day at Lurker Park for the East Hanover Easter Egg Hunt at 9:30 am, where kids aged 3-8 can join in the fun, thanks to the East Hanover Knights of Columbus. Then, head over to Stony Brook Elementary School at 10:00 am for Rockaway Township's Annual Easter Festival, featuring the Easter Bunny, games, crafts, and prizes for children from pre-school through 5th grade. Finally, catch the Easter Bunny arriving by firetruck at Morris Plains Borough School at 12:00 pm, with egg hunts at each location throughout the afternoon, sponsored by the Morris Plains Recreation Commission and Morris Plains Fire Association. Continue the excitement on Sunday, April 2nd, with Boonton's 2023 Easter Egg-stravaganza at Canal Side Park at 10:30 am. Enjoy a walk down the bunny trail, an egg hunt, a visit from the Easter Bunny, and a petting zoo. Morristown Winter Farmer's Market - Sun., April 2, 9:30 am, @ Convent Train Station
The Morris Winter Farmers Market is presented by a local nonprofit called Grow It Green Morristown and will be held every Sunday at the Convent Train Station parking lot.
The market runs from December 4th, 2022 to April 30th, 2023 (excluding December 25th, January 1st, and April 9th) and is open from 9:30 am to 1 pm.
