The Best Spicy Chicken Sandwich!

Ingredients: Brioche Bun, Hot Sauce Mayo, Red Onion, Bacon, Swiss Cheese, Chicken Breast, Tomato, Green Leaf Lettuce and Vlasic Dill Pickle. Hot Sauce Mayo Ingredients: 3/4 cup Hellman's mayonnaise, 1 tsp Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning, 2 TBSP Louisiana Hot Sauce. Marinade: 1 1/4 cup Buttermilk, 1/4 cup water, 1/4 hot sauce, 3 large eggs, 2 TBSP Tony's Creole Seasoning. (soak chicken for 8 hours overnight) Batter: 1 cup all purpose flour, 3/4 cup corn starch, 1 TBSP cayenne pepper, 3 tsp paprika, 2 tsp salt, 2 tsp white pepper, 3 tsp garlic powder and 3 tsp onion powder.
