Elon Musk is the richest man in the world and the founder of Tesla and SpaceX. He hails from South Africa and has built his businesses over the decades.

He is often ridiculed for his wealth and success like many billionaires are. He has a very large presence on the social media app Twitter where he often posts memes and updates about his most recent endeavors like the rockets he sends up to space.

Elon Musk has voiced his opinion about free speech via his personal Twitter account and has his own opinions about the media and other censorship that occurs in the United States and beyond.

Recently, Elon Musk purchased Twitter for 44 Billion dollars cash.

Since the purchase, users have gone wild and many people have polarizing views on if this is a good thing or a bad thing.

Elon Musk has taken to Twitter to defend his decision to buy the popular social media app and has started to joke about buying other companies like Coca-Cola that he would like to change.

The billionaire plans to make Twitter a private company and align more closely with the principle of free speech that he felt was not being followed in the most recent years.

Concerns around Elon Musk censoring people who do not talk highly of his company has come to the surface and other concerns on both end of the political spectrum about billionaires owning media companies have been brought to light.

However, we will see what will happen in the following months as Elon restructures Twitter to his liking.
