Walk through a giant brain in Lafayette on April 8, 2023!

Misty Romack

It's coming up on the season of outdoor activities and sports! As many parents know if your child is going to be out and about, it is best to teach safety first! Your kids can unknowingly suffer from injuries without your knowledge, so giving them the opportunity to learn about safety and saving lives is a great idea! Giving you piece of mind, and priceless knowledge in helping themselves and fellow teammates and friends!

Learning about concussion prevention is very important, not just for this season. Concussions can cause permanent traumatic brain injury and cognitive impairment that can last a lifetime.

What better way to start outdoor play by joining the Lafayette family YMCA and Saint Franciscan Health as they pair up at SAFE KIDS DAY this April 8th, 2023, at Lafayette Family YMCA on 3001 Creasy Lane, Lafayette, IN 47905. Through many fun activities they are offering to help educate kids and families on safety, injuries, and saving lives!
