We are at a Medium High today with Grasses still dominating the pollens that are blasting us as we are out and about in the open air. It looks as though as the days go on, on Sunday when there is prediction of high probability of rain, we will get a slight break and drop down to medium ranges, dampening down our pollen content for Sunday and Monday dropping all the way to low-medium levels, so that we can breathe a bit easier.

Looks like we are going into the week with Mulberry, Ash, and Walnut being the main pollen culprits this week. We are going to have a very high week, so be prepared for that. Windows rolled up, don't park under trees, have the A/C on and on recirculation so that the air in your vehicle is filtered that you breathe. Tree pollen is a very fine dust, so you will not see it, but you sure will feel it. Watery eyes, sneezing, and upper respiratory tract issues. This week asthma sufferers will be in the Medium to Medium High Risk category.

Looks like we will have some better days Tuesday through Thursday of this coming week if rain can hold out! A decrease in the barometric pressure and warmer temperature shows to be promising for chronic pain, fibromyalgia, and arthritic patients this week. As always with Indiana weather, there is always the potential for a slight fluctuation depending on mother nature.
