It looks as though as the days go on, on Sunday when there is prediction of high probability of rain, we will get a slight break and drop down to medium ranges, dampening down our pollen content for Sunday and Monday dropping all the way to low-medium levels, so that we can breathe a bit easier.

We are in full swing for grass pollen to be our biggest enemy in the next five days. Coupled with the Mulberry trees and Walnut trees right behind it. Keep in mind to keep pollens down by making sure that you do keep lawns mowed and kept, so that they are less likely to sprout that fluffy stuff on top for some breeds of grasses.

Looks like we are going to be staying on the trend of a roller coaster ride of barometric pressures in the upcoming days. Saturday we will be at the border of feeling good, and not so good. Then, starting Monday, we hit over 30.0inHg and dips in the evening to below that magical sweet spot. Since humidity will be relatively low most of the week....make sure to do most activities in the morning and early afternoon, to remain as comfortable as possible.

Looks like we are going into the week with Mulberry, Ash, and Walnut being the main pollen culprits this week. We are going to have a very high week, so be prepared for that. Windows rolled up, don't park under trees, have the A/C on and on recirculation so that the air in your vehicle is filtered that you breathe. Tree pollen is a very fine dust, so you will not see it, but you sure will feel it. Watery eyes, sneezing, and upper respiratory tract issues. This week asthma sufferers will be in the Medium to Medium High Risk category.

A decrease in the barometric pressure and warmer temperature shows to be promising for chronic pain, fibromyalgia, and arthritic patients this week. As always with Indiana weather, there is always the potential for a slight fluctuation depending on mother nature.
