The Boys and Girls Clubs of St. Charles County is currently closed due to the spread of COVID-19. The organization announced this closure on Monday, July 26, 2021 via its Facebook page. The closure began at 2p.m. yesterday and remains in effect until the end of the day on Friday, July 30, 2021.

Campers who have paid for services this week will have their payments transferred to the week of August 2nd through August 8th, which is next week. Emails have been sent to the address on file for registered members of the club. Parents can also contact the Boys and Girls Clubs of St. Charles County at (636) 946-6255 with additional questions about the COVID-19 closure, including payments.

The announcement for the St. Charles closure came one week after O'Fallon's Boys and Girls Clubs closed due to COVID. A unit member tested positive at the O'Fallon location, so the club was closed from July 20th to July 23rd for deep cleaning.

The Boys and Girls Club of St. Charles County has been serving youth in the community since 1955. Programs include after-school care, summer camp, sports, and other extracurricular activities. Membership requires a $25 annual fee, but fees can be waived with Medicaid vouchers.
