Seven of Our Local Springfield Officers Earn Promotions
The Springfield Police Department in Missouri promoted seven officers on September 29. The officers are Mark Foos, John Loe, Jason Trusler, Anna Callaway, Kyle Campbell, Ken Hall, and Ben Rauch. Foos is now a Captain, Loe and Trusler are Lieutenants. Callaway, Campbell, and Hall are Sergeants, while Rauch is a Corporal. This is due to a planned renovation of the 132-year-old Historic City Hall. The first meeting in the new location is at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. The Planning & Zoning Commission will have its first meeting there at the same time on Thursday, Oct. 5. The public can enter the meeting room from 6 p.m., and doors open at 5:30 p.m. Parking is available at the front and east side of the building.
