Rumble Takes Up a Donald Trump Film After Amazon Removed It

There are people like David Ng of Breitbart who are reporting that the documentary directed by Amanda Milius known as The Plot Against the President has been delisted by Amazon, which has removed it from its Amazon Prime Video streaming service without providing any kind of explanation for why they have done this. Now, any customers of Amazon Prime can no longer buy the movie on the platform or digitally rent it from the platform.

The documentary was released back in 2020 and the 90-minute film follows, what it claims to be, the supposed "true story of how Congressman Devin Nunes uncovered the operation to bring down the President of the United States." However, according to the website Newsweek, the real reason the film was removed was because of a breach of contract issue with the particular agency that was responsible for distributing the film to Amazon and any other potential platform showing the film. However, the film is now going to be released on the Rumble video streaming service.

"We would like to announce that The Plot Against the President has been released @OnLocals & @rumblevideo as of tonight for Thanksgiving day & beyond," wrote the director on the platform X, formerly known as Twitter.

One thing about the documentary is that it is based on a book of the same name written by one Lee Smith claiming that the supposed "deep state" was targeting Trump and Americans. It was enjoyed by MAGA conservatives since it appeared to validate their claims that the government was somehow 'mistreating' the former president.
