Following a sweep from the San Francisco Giants earlier this week, the Colorado Rockies will return home Friday evening to face off against the Kansas City Royals.

Looking to showcase your Rocket League skills and win big? The Denver Broncos and Esports Gaming League will host a Rocket League Tournament at noon Saturday.
The cross-platform tournament is free to play and involves teams of three vs. three.

The Colfax Marathon hits Denver Saturday and Sunday with multiple races, including a marathon, a half marathon, an urban 10-miler, a relay and a Colfax 5K.
The races take runners through downtown, throughout various Denver neighborhoods, and along rivers, lakes and bridges. It is also a Boston Marathon qualifier race.
Celebrate Historic Preservation Month this weekend through June 4 by participating in Castle Rock's Scavenge the Rock scavenger hunt for a chance to win prizes and learn about the town's history.
Clue sheets can be picked up anytime before June 3 at the Castle Rock Museum located at 420 Elbert St. To play, scavengers must scan QR codes from designated plaques at historical locations, NewsBreak Denver's Natasha Lovato reported.

Denver City Council approved two contracts on Tuesday with carsharing companies Turo and Avail to operate at Denver International Airport.

Colorado Parks and Wildlife and the Colorado Youth Corps Association will partner to repair and improve off-highway vehicle (OHV) trails impacted by wildfires and increased visitation.
