Smoked Barbecue Spare Ribs On A Bullet Smoker | 3-3-1 Method

A super easy recipe to smoke pork spare ribs on a bullet smoker using only 3 ingredients to make very tender, mouth watering barbecue goodness. I used lump charcoal and mesquite wood chunks for added flavor. Making a perfect rack of ribs is all about the prep and the seasoning. Instead of using the 3-2-1 method I went with using a 3-3-1 method. A little bit longer in the wrapped up stage of the cook makes a big difference.
