Vanderbilt Open Streets seeking local poetry submissions for upcoming series

(BROOKLYN, N.Y.) Vanderbilt Open Streets is hosting its second Poetry Series on June 5 and it's looking for submissions from Prospect Heights poets to feature in the upcoming event.

The poetry series theme is "emergence" and will be curated by Heather Sanderson. Selected poems will be read at Open Streets on June 5 from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m.

Vanderbilt Open Streets operates every weekend on Vanderbilt Avenue between Atlantic Avenue and Park Place through Nov. 20.

The last day to submit a poem is May 28 by midnight.
