(BROOKLYN, N.Y.) One person sustained serious but non-life-threatening injuries after a fire in an apartment building in Crown Heights on Tuesday night, fire officials said.
The fire, which took place at approximately 8:09 p.m., was on the fourth floor of the six-story building and was under control by 8:42 p.m. The injured civilian was transported to Kings County Hospital for further medical attention.
The cause and origin of the fire is currently under investigation by fire marshals.
