(BROOKLYN, N.Y) Smorgasburg, the popular food market that pops up every spring and summer, announced Tuesday that its opening weekend will be Sunday, April 3, for its Prospect Park location.
Every Sunday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., visitors can choose from roughly 50 different vendors set up at Breeze Hill to enjoy food and drinks from places like Big Mozz, Smashed NYC, Red Hook Lobster Pound, Maos Bao and many more.
And for the first time ever, patrons can skip the lines using Uber Eats Pick-up or take it a step further and have your meal delivered.
Anyone looking for the Williamsburg location will have to wait until June, when it will be open from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturdays. If you're looking to travel a bit farther, Smorgasburg's World Trade Center location opens Friday, April 1, and its Jersey City location opens Saturday, April 2.
This will be Smorgasburg's first full opening in three years as the COVID-19 pandemic forced it to operate at a limited capacity or on a to-go only basis in 2020 and 2021.
