Here’s what Forsyth County voters need to know about the Dec. 6 Runoff

(Forsyth County, GA) Advance Voting times and locations have been announced for the December 6 General Runoff Election. On the ballot, the race for the U.S. Senate between incumbent Rev. Raphael Warnock (D) and Herschel Walker (R). The race has gone to a runoff because neither candidate won 50 percent of the vote in the November 8 General Election and Special Election.

Voters registered in Forsyth County will have four voting locations to choose from during the Advance Voting period.

Advanced Voting starts on Monday, November 28 through Friday, December 2:

  • Voter Registrations & Elections Office (1201 Sawnee Drive)
  • Hampton Park Library (5345 Settingdown Road)
  • Midway Park Community Building (5100 Post Road)
  • Sharon Springs Park Community Park (1950 Sharon Road)

There is not a Saturday or Sunday offered for the December 6 General Runoff Election during Advanced Voting. Forsyth County voters wishing to vote early may go to any of the above polling locations during Advanced Voting between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m.

On Election Day, Tuesday, December 6, voters must go to their assigned polling location. Polls will be open on Election Day from 7 a.m. until 7 p.m.
