New attractions ready to entertain fairgoers in Cumming this year

(Forsyth County, GA) Get ready for live entertainment when the Cumming Country Fair & Festival comes to town!

The annual event runs this year from October 6-16 at the Cumming Fairgrounds. This year’s theme is “Fair Nights under Midway Lights.” A variety of entertainers will be featured each day of the fair - from bands to animal shows and races to a human cannonball.

Concerts

The arena at the fairgrounds is expected to be packed when these country music headliners take center stage:

  • Sawyer Brown - Friday, October 7 at 8 p.m.
  • Tyler Farr - Tuesday, October 11 at 8 p.m.
  • Joe Nichols - Thursday, October 13 at 8 p.m.

Daily Attractions

New acts performing at the fair this year include:

  • Wesley Williams - “The One Wheel Wonder” performs a variety of stunts on a unicycle
  • Puppy Pals Show - Adopted and rescued dogs perform stunts and offer canine comedy
  • Arcy Live - Street artist creating large scale murals and works of art
  • Birdman - “World Class Bird Show” features stunts and storytelling with large birds
  • David “The Bullet” Smith - Human Cannonball blasts over concert stages and rides
  • Rosaire’s Royal Racers - Pig racing at its best

Some favorite entertainers returning to the fair include:

  • Magic Man TJ Hill - Magician with fun interactive show
  • Brian Ruth - “The Master of the Chainsaw” carves works of art from logs

The petting zoo will be open each day during fair hours. Another favorite, the robocar, will be cruising around the fairgrounds again this year. Be on the lookout for a black Chevy S10 pickup truck and stop for a photo op with it.
