La Crosse is one of the thousands of communities around the globe receiving a powerful message of hope this November as Jehovah’s Witnesses embark upon a special campaign to focus attention on the Bible’s promises for a better world and distribute a special edition of The Watchtower magazine entitled “A Better World is Near.”
