CLARKSTON, WA - A 30-year-old Asotin woman was arrested after she allegedly smoked methamphetamine in front of one of her children. Kasee Walburn was charged with Endangerment with a Controlled Substance after being taken into custody yesterday in the 1300 block of 3rd Street and booked into the Asotin County Jail at around 6:56 p.m.

According to a Probable Cause Affidavit, law enforcement received a tip that Walburn had called her young teenage son into her bedroom after she allegedly took out a gun safe, removed one of approximately 50 foil packages, and began smoking the substance with a pipe.

"As Kasee was smoking this substance, she called her [child]...into [the room] and in close proximity to Kasee," the document says.

Another witness reportedly told police that he was shown a large amount of methamphetamine, estimated at around one pound, along with fentanyl, the affidavit says, adding that Walburn allegedly told the witness that she was selling the drugs.

Deputies obtained a search warrant, which was executed Wednesday afternoon.

"In the course of serving the search warrant several foil packages with burn marks and residue were located in Kasee's bedroom," the affidavit says. "In addition a black lock box was located in a bathroom upstairs in the residence that contained several pipes with residue, foil packages with burn marks and residue, used needles, and other paraphernalia. A red bong was found in Kasee's bedroom, [the child] told me that a red bong was used by his mother, Kasee, while he was in her presence and in close proximity."

"I NIK tested the bong and it tested positive for methamphetamines and Kasee told me she smokes both methamphetamines and fentanyl out of that red bong," the affidavit adds.
