It's nothing less than a local landmark, Dutch Haven Shoo-Fly Pie Bakery.

Original Amish store and famous pies

Located on Lincoln Highway in Ronks, it's hard to miss the unique property along Route 30. According to their website, Dutch Haven is Route 30’s original Amish crafts store and the largest Amish souvenir store in Lancaster County. Since 1946, the spot has been famous for what's been named "America’s best Shoo-Fly Pie".

If you sit on $2.4 million, the property can become yours.

A package deal

The commercial property, according to a real estate listing on Weichert, is being sold as a package deal. You get five commercial properties, all located in a high-traffic commercial location in the heart of Lancaster County's tourist area.

The lot size is 3.53 acres and the total square footage is 15,327.

The largest building, whose main level is about 7,000 square feet, features the famous bakery and the gift shop. The lower level is about 2,200 square feet used mainly for storage. As for the upper level, you'll find an office area, restrooms, and storage opportunities.

Among the buildings is also what used to be known as Jakey's Amish Barbeque, now closed. The building has a 112-seat total capacity, which includes a covered porch with 32 seats outdoors.

According to an article by Pennlive who first reported the story, the owner, Paul Stahl, said it was time for him and the staff to move on from operations. He took over in 1991, and started the new year by closing the business, Jan. 1.
